The lights on the circuit board help you understand how the sensor station is working.
Inside the top of your sensor station electronics box, you should see the following 'cheat sheet'

If the sensor station can communicate with the base station, you will see a solid green light, a flashing blue light, & then the lights will turn off.
It's possible for the radio module (we call it the Mercury Module) to become disconnected. If the radio is disconnected, the sensor station can't send the moisture & temperature data it collects to the base station. If this happens, you will see a solid red light on the circuit board.
'Can't Connect to Base Station'
If the base station is too far away from your sensor station or doesn't have clear line-of-sight, you might see a solid green light. First, press the reset button on the Base Station, then press the reset button on the sensor station.
If the base station is within range, but the sensor station fails to send the data to it, you might see a solid green light, followed by a flashing blue light, and then a solid red light.
It doesn't happen often, but if one of your soil moisture sensors or your temperature sensor becomes disconnected, you might see a solid green light, followed by a flashing blue light, and then a flashing red light.
You won't need to do this very often, but you'll see a solid green light, followed by a flashing red light, then a flashing blue light if you need to replace the batteries in your sensor station.
'Poor Radio Signal'
The sensor station is having a hard time sending data to the base station. Try moving the sensor station closer to the base station. Once you find a new spot, turn the sensor station 'on' or press the reset button on the sensor station to test the connection prior to reinstalling the sensor station.
